Blondie:  We start the month with a strip that rarely includes birds, but this makes for a good follow-up to yesterday's (also not a strip we feature regularly) ...

Candorville:  This strip normally has no avian-related content ... but one year ago, at the height of the pandemic, creator Darrin Bell had the main character, Lemont encounter a pigeon taking precautions.  (Lemont frequently hangs out on the roof of his urban-located apartment building to think.)

Mutts:  Finishing the story arc ... Philippe has his new song, accompanied by a quote from one of the great philosophers.

Mutts:  And the final result pleases Phillipe immensely ...

Mutts:  Philippe's quest for a new song gains a collaborator.

Mutts:  Mooch (as usual) is of no help whatsoever in Philippe's quest for a new song.

Mutts:  Phillipe catches on to a catch phrase.

Mutts:  First strip in a story arc featuring Philippe as composer.

Six Chix:  Of course, the obvious flaw in this logic is ... if she doesn't notice, how can she make that statement?
