Hi, I`m Wyatt!

I was part of a flock of 5 rescued from living in a cramped and unpleasant outdoor-only cage typically used for finches. One of my flock mates was attacked and killed by a rat and another was badly injured! I, however, have been given a clean bill of health.

I`m a pied cockatiel with a back that almost looks like it has some pearling on it. I have very soft features and I`m very pretty if I`m allowed to say that. I have never been handled and am not tame and pretty afraid of humans. I don`t know how old I am but I think it`s between 3 and 10 years old.

In nature, cockatiels live in large flocks. A single bird in a cage spends much of his/her life being lonely because humans have things they must do that take them away. We therefore will only adopt a single cockatiel to a household if there is already at least one cockatiel living there. Otherwise, cockatiels must be adopted in groups of two or more.
